Dr. Anne Fishel, author of Home for Dinner: Mixing Food, Fun and Conversation for a Happier Family and Healthier Kids and co-founder of The Family Dinner Project, recently appeared on NPR’s “The Takeaway.” She discussed the benefits of family dinners with host John Hockenberry, as well as providing simple tips and strategies to help busy families gather around the table for more regular, meaningful meals.
