This addition to our Family Breakfast Project lineup is inspired by the work of dietitians Julie Shoemaker and Ashlyn Housewright from Memorial Hospital in Carthage, Illinois. Julie and Ashlyn worked to create affordable recipes for low-income families, using ingredients exclusively purchased at the Dollar Store.
