If your family doesn’t like salmon, feel free to substitute halibut, haddock or Arctic char.
Ingredients
Serves 4
- 2 lbs. salmon filets
- Pesto, to taste
Instructions
- Slice salmon into serving portions. Rub with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté in skillet or grill—about 2 – 3 minutes per side over medium-high heat. Top with a bit of pesto before serving.
