Dinner Tonight: February 25, 2016 Apricot Glazed Ham

Apricot Glazed Ham

Name a celebrity. The next player names another person whose first name begins with the first letter of the original choice's last name.

Imagine you were given a classroom full of students and told you could teach them just one thing. What would you teach them and why?

This recipe yields enough ham to feed four people with plenty left over for sandwiches.

Serves 4-6

  • 1 3-lb. boneless ham
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves

  1. Heat oven to 350° F. Place the ham on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove ham from oven and spread with preserves.
  3. Return ham to oven for another 30-40 minutes, until heated through. Thinly slice the ham and serve.
