You can pick and choose what to add to your own tortilla, making tacos great for picky eaters or those with allergies!
Get your junior chef to help you wash the cabbage and cilantro or stir together the mayo and sour cream mixture, below. Show kids how to grate the cabbage using a box grater–being careful of fingers and knuckles!
Ingredients
Serves 6
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 package taco seasoning
1 lb. cod or white fish fillets, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups red and green cabbage, shredded (it’s ok if you only have one color!)
2 cups tomato, diced
12 (6 inch) corn tortillas, warmed
Lime wedges, for serving

2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups red and green cabbage, shredded (it’s ok if you only have one color!)
