We’re fond of saying that there’s no one “right” way to do family dinners. Family dinner can be as unique as families themselves, and no two households will have the same needs, challenges or triumphs when it comes to getting everyone to the table for regular shared meals.
Because families and their dinners are all different from one another, one of our favorite things to do is seize opportunities to take The Family Dinner Project on the road to meet families across the country! Soon we’ll be doing just that: Heading to West Virginia in partnership with our friend, Chef April Hamilton, to spend some time in Charleston and Huntington, spreading the word about the many benefits of family dinners.
We invite all local residents (or anyone who’s up for a road trip!) to join us for a presentation at the University of Charleston on April 26, 2016 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. EDT. You can find more information, and RSVP for the event, at the Eventbrite link below. Please spread the word, and we hope to see you there!
