Pulled Pork Sandwiches

This is a fast and easy way to use leftover pulled pork for a crowd-pleasing family dinner!

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cups leftover pulled pork
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • Sliced onions and pickles, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Reheat the pork until warmed through.
  2. Divide evenly among the buns, drizzle with barbecue sauce, and top with sliced onions and/or pickles.
