One Pot Wonders Salmon with Pesto

Salmon with pesto

If your family doesn’t like salmon, feel free to substitute halibut, haddock or Arctic char.

Instructions

  1. Slice salmon into serving portions. Rub with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté in skillet or grill—about 2 – 3 minutes per side over medium-high heat. Top with a bit of pesto before serving.
