What makes you feel safe?

Fish tacos are all the rage right now on the West Coast. Bring a little flavor to your kitchen with this recipe, which comes to us from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention via the USDA recipe finder. Check out some more recipes here.

You can pick and choose what to add to your own tortilla, making tacos great for picky eaters or those with allergies!

Get your junior chef to help you wash the cabbage and cilantro or stir together the mayo and sour cream mixture, below. Show kids how to grate the cabbage using a box grater–being careful of fingers and knuckles!
