This is a fast and easy way to use leftover pulled pork for a crowd-pleasing family dinner!
Ingredients
Serves 4
- 2 cups leftover pulled pork
- 4 sandwich buns
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- Sliced onions and pickles, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Reheat the pork until warmed through.
- Divide evenly among the buns, drizzle with barbecue sauce, and top with sliced onions and/or pickles.
