Dinner Tonight: Budget Friendly

Dinner Tonight: Budget Friendly Shopping List: Week of June 20, 2022

Print Shopping List » Back to Your Week »

Here is your weekly meal plan and shopping list! This week, we’re recommending a serving of fruit alongside the half-veggie burgers on Tuesday night. Because you’ll already have purchased a bunch of bananas and some frozen berries, you can use some of those items for the fruit serving.

Carefully check your pantry and refrigerator to make sure you don’t already have items like rice, butter and eggs on hand before purchasing more. You may also already have plenty of potatoes, carrots or onions to make this week’s meals.

Please note that the recipes provided may serve different numbers of people. The shopping list is built from the recipes, so depending on the size of your family, you may need more or less of some ingredients. Remember to check the serving sizes before you shop so you can adjust your list to work for your family!
