This week, we’ve put lettuce and tomatoes on the list for both topping the taco burgers, and chopping up to top the tostadas. The taco burgers also call for avocado; if you have extra, you can add that to the tostadas as well.
The chicken tender recipe for Friday includes marinara sauce for dipping, but we’ve omitted it from the shopping list in favor of letting you choose your own dip (or eat the chicken tenders plain — they’re great either way!). We’ve also suggested purchasing chicken breast rather than tenders for this recipe; if chicken breast is more cost-effective, just cut it into strips before breading and cooking.
On Monday, you’ll need cheese for the tuna melts; we suggest choosing something that can do double-duty for topping your tostadas as well so you can purchase one package and keep your budget in check.

The shopping list is built from the recipes, so depending on the size of your family, you may need more or less of some ingredients.
