With a focus on fun, food, and conversations that matter, The Family Dinner Project helps families, schools, and community groups eat more quality meals together. Studies have shown that children who eat with their families experience higher grade-point averages and self-esteem, as well as lower rates of substance abuse and eating disorders. By offering tips for healthy meals, fun food activities, and thoughtful conversations, we aim to provide families and communities with the resources they need to have better dinners together.
The Family Dinner Project is an initiative of an organization called the Public Conversations Project. For more information on the Public Conversations Project, click here. All donations made through this website will go to The Family Dinner Project.
